New Heart Disease Studies Use IBL-America's ANGPTL2 ELISA

We would like to introduce two new scientific articles with regard to the relationship between ANGPTL2 and heart failure.
In the following new study it has been reported that circulating ANGPTL2 levels were elevated in heart failure (HF) subjects with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in aortic stenosis mouse models.
Circulating ANGPTL2 Levels Increase in Humans and Mice Exhibiting Cardiac Dysfunction. Tian Z et al. Circ J. PMID: 28890470
Our ELISA product #27745 Human ANGPTL2 ELISA was used for the measurement of serum ANGPTL2 concentration in this study.
It is also recently reported of a correlation between elevated circulating ANGPTL2 levels and CVD or HF, and association between ANGPTL2 expression and cellular senescence.
It is considered that ANGPTL2 autocrine/paracrine signaling is a new factor in accelerating heart disease development in aging. In this study, it focus on current topics relevant to ANGPTL2 function in heart disease.
