Enzyme immunoassay for detection of DPP3 concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological samples. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3) is a zinc-dependent hydrolase involved in degrading oligopeptides with 4–12 amino acid residues. The ubiquitously expressed dipeptidyl peptidase 3 is involved in protein metabolism, blood pressure regulation, and pain modulation. Among its related pathways are cellular responses to stimuli and metabolism of proteins.
