IBL-America offers ImmunoGuide® ELISA test kits for research use only which enable the exact measurement of the specific mAb concentration in any kind of testing material including serum and plasma. These test kits are very specific due to the catcher antibodies on the solid phase, which are monoclonal antibody directed against the drug. (mAbs directed against mAbs).
The Research Drug Monitoring category also includes test kits for the measurement of human antibodies directed against these mAbs generated by immunogenicity. We offer such test kits for the measurement of free antibodies (exceeding the drug concentration) and test kits measuring the total antibody concentration even in high excess of the drug. Such test kits can be used in clinical studies in order to check the immunogenicity of a new drug.
